Uchenna Njoku is the Founding Partner of the Firm. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom, a Chartered Management Consultant and a Senior Advocate of Nigeria. He is extensively involved in legal advisory, consultancy and courtroom advocacy in several litigation disputes across all levels of the judicature in Nigeria and has appeared as counsel in numerous domestic and international arbitral proceedings across several jurisdictions including France, Italy, Nigeria, Sweden, United Kingdom and United States of America. He has served as Legal Advisor in litigation disputes in Belgium and the Bailiwick of Jersey. He has also participated as a Party Representative and Legal Advisor at the World Bank Sanctions Board in Washington. He formerly worked in the Chambers of Alegeh & Co where he rose to the post of Head of Chambers. He later joined the firm of Kanu G. Agabi & Associates as a Partner and Head of Arbitration and Commercial Practice before branching out with the vision of building a full service law firm in his name. His core practice areas include alternative dispute resolution (ADR) with particular focus in arbitration and mediation; commercial law; constitutional law; criminal law, electoral law; energy law, banking and financial practice. He is a bank director, an alumnus of the University of Lagos, Akoka (LLM); University of Arkansas, Fayetteville (USA); University of Nigeria Nsukka (LLB) and the Nigerian Law School, Abuja (BL).
