Justice O. Njoku is a seasoned administrative professional with over two decades of leadership experience. As Practice Manager and Executive Assistant to the Founding Partner, he leverages his expertise in administration, facility management, and operational coordination to drive efficiency and strategic support. Justice holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Microbiology from Ebonyi State University. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked at Kanu G. Agabi & Associates in Lagos, where he coordinated administrative operations, managed procurement and vendor contracts, and ensured safety and compliance standards. Throughout his career, Justice has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, starting from his roles as class prefect and sanitary prefect in school to serving as Course Representative in university. He has also held significant leadership positions in Christian organizations, including Prayer Coordinator, Chapter President, and Zonal Coordinator. Justice's professional experience spans various sectors, including law firms, corporate, and entrepreneurship. He has worked as a Sales Representative at Super Life, Coordinator at Norland Nigeria, and Business Owner at Property World Africa Network (PWAN), developing strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills. In his current role, Justice manages administrative processes, coordinates communications, oversees inventory and procurement, and supports strategic planning and implementation. His strong leadership, problem-solving acumen, and attention to detail make him a reliable pillar within the firm's operations. Justice is proficient in Microsoft Office applications, research, data analysis, event coordination, and foreign exchange market analysis.
