Juliet Uchenna-Njoku

Meet Juliet Uchenna-Njoku, the Managing Partner of the firm. Juliet is a seasoned lawyer with a remarkable blend of academic excellence and professional prowess, having carved a niche for herself in the legal fraternity. Her career foundation was laid with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, followed by a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Nigeria. She obtained her B.L (Barrister at Law) from the Nigerian Law School and was called to bar in 2008. Juliet commenced her law practice as a Youth Corper at Danjuma Ayeye & Co. in Damaturu, Yobe State, and subsequently with Omadah & Co. in Abuja. A significant milestone in her career was joining the law firm of Kanu G. Agabi and Associates in 2009, where she rose to establish and head the Lagos Branch of the firm. This experience not only showcased her leadership abilities but also deepened her expertise in litigation and dispute resolution. Her proficiency in corporate, commercial, and labour law has been a hallmark of her practice. Her membership in the Employment and Labour Law Association of Nigeria (ELLAN) underscores her commitment to staying abreast of developments in this critical area of law. Beyond her legal practice, Juliet is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) and has also distinguished herself as a Chartered Secretary both locally and internationally. Her quest for knowledge and expertise led her to pursue a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from the University of Lagos in 2018. This academic excellence has been complemented by her professional experience, which spans almost two decades. Throughout her career, Juliet has been driven by a passion for justice and a dedication to the rule of law.
